By the time Florida State University football plays its first home game on Saturday, its record will be a little bit different.
The Seminoles are 4-3 since joining the SEC in 2011, but their record is 3-3.
On the heels of a 42-34 loss to Georgia on Saturday night, the Seminoles lost their second consecutive game against the Bulldogs, dropping a 35-27 decision.
Florida State lost quarterback Treon Harris and running back Andre Debose to injury on the day, and running backs Jalen Hurd and Kasey Hunt will miss the rest of the season.
“I don’t think the loss was an accurate description of what we were playing for,” head coach Mark Dantonio said.
Dantonio’s comments came as the Seminole program was getting ready for its first ACC road game of the regular season against Georgia.
After that game, the ACC will move to an eight-team conference, including Georgia, Clemson, Florida State, North Carolina, Louisville and Florida.
But there will be some changes in the conference schedule.
Georgia will play Georgia Tech on Saturday in Atlanta, while Georgia State will travel to Clemson on Saturday.
ACC Commissioner John Swofford said Florida State will play Florida Atlantic, Miami, Georgia Tech, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
And there will also be two ACC games that will take place in the Southeast: a game against Florida Atlantic and a road game against Virginia Tech in Charlotte.
Clemson is coming off a win over Notre Dame, and the Tigers have a bye the week before they host Florida.
Florida State has a bye next week, and a home game against Clemson the following week.
So, in addition to the changes, Florida’s schedule will be more of a wildcard than a typical regular season slate.
If Florida wins out, it could host Clemson on the road or Georgia Tech in Jacksonville, but Florida State could be without Harris and Hunt if they don’t win out.
With Harris and Hurd missing the rest, the only way the Seminors will be favored to win this game is if Florida State beats Clemson and Florida beats Georgia Tech.
The schedule for Saturday’s game is a bit more unpredictable than last year’s schedule, as the ACC schedules for 2018 are a lot more challenging than what Florida State is used to playing.
Miami, Georgia State, NC State and Clemson are all going to play the Hurricanes, who are 4–3 and 1–4.
However, Miami will face off against Georgia Tech instead of Georgia, and Georgia State could face Florida instead of Clemson.
As a result, the Hurricanes will have a tougher schedule this year.
They’ll play three games against teams currently ranked in the top 10, and they’ll also face North Carolina at home.
In the Coastal Division, Florida will play Virginia Tech, North Florida and Duke in Jacksonville.
At the FBS level, North Alabama, Florida Atlantic Tech and Jacksonville State will also play in the Jacksonville Citrus Bowl.
There will be two road games: a road matchup with South Alabama and a trip to South Florida.
There will also not be a regular season game for the Gators.
That means the Florida State team will play five games, including two games in the South.
It also means the team will face two teams ranked in either the top 20 or the top 25, as they did last season.
The Seminole football schedule will not change.
This is just the latest in a long list of changes to Florida State’s football schedule that has occurred in the last few years.
Since 2013, Florida has played five non-conference games.
Three of those games were in the Southeastern Conference, but that was not a part of the ACC schedule for 2018.
Another four non-league games were also played in the Atlantic 10 Conference, and those games will also make up the majority of the schedule.
This year, the schedule has been a lot tougher, as Florida State did not play in any conference games for the first time since the 2010 season.
Florida State’s first non-division game since 2013 was a loss to North Carolina.
Then the Seminards played Florida Atlantic for the second straight year, which was the first game Florida State lost in the SEC since the 2012 season.
This past week, the team’s schedule got a lot trickier.
North Carolina lost to Clemson, and Clemson was in Jacksonville at the time.
South Carolina played at Florida State in Atlanta on Saturday and Georgia Tech played Florida State on Sunday.
A road game with Georgia Tech was also scheduled, but it was postponed due to Hurricane Irma.
When asked about the schedule change, Dantonino said, “It’s been a tough year.
We’ll have a couple of things that change our schedule.”
The first one is just getting into the schedule more, but we have a good team and a good group of guys that we
