The Michigan football team has its biggest win in school annals as it beat Georgia in overtime.
Georgia coach Mark Richt was forced to call an emergency meeting after the Bulldogs scored three touchdowns on the last play to force overtime.
Georgia’s Josh Bunch threw three touchdown passes and had two interceptions in the game.
The Bulldogs led 20-0 at the half.
The win marked the sixth straight for the Wolverines.
The last time the Bulldogs were shutout in a regular season game was Dec. 4, 2017, when Michigan beat Georgia 34-17 in overtime in Atlanta.
Michigan is 8-0 in games decided by five points or fewer in the regular season, but it’s now 3-5 in those games when the Bulldogs have won five or more points.
Michigan (4-0, 2-0) will host Penn State (2-3, 1-2) on Saturday at 5 p.m. (ESPN).
